Indemnity:

The client (meaning the person signing below, individually and as duly authorised representative for and on behalf of all those persons being part of the booking party and partaking in the booking), agrees that upon confirmation of this reservation with Yellowfin LDA , he / she accepts this indemnity as an integral condition of this agreement.  The client hereby agrees and accepts full responsibility for his / her own safety and well-being in every respect, whilst visiting the lodge and accepts the terms and conditions fully, stated herein below.

The client hereby unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds  Yellowfin LDA , its agents , employees , servants, and the land owners harmless, all of whom, accept no responsibility for – and arising from any loss or damage in any form whatsoever, and against any / all claims of any nature whatsoever, from any cause arising associated with the booking, including but not necessarily limited  to theft , illness , death , loss of property , negligence , accident by road , air or ocean adventures , nor any subsequent damages arising from the former.
